From the Welltun Cares Dictionary

Frustration - frus·tra·tion - noun - having not one but two scenes for a novel appear so fiercely in your head that it brings tears to the eyes, making you eager to write them down, only to come home and stare at an empty screen as not one damn word comes to you.

It's possible that you may be looking for a "finished product". Write down your free form thoughts. Anything. It could inspire you to write more coherantly, later, when you have some time to sort out your thoughts. By the way, that's how I make myself go to sleep in the morning's daylight (I work night shift).
